By proceeding with your order, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Humid House:
1. Refund Policy
1.1 If a cancellation is necessary, you must cancel your floral order 24 hours before it is set to go out for delivery. Please call us to cancel your order. We do not accept email or messaging app cancellations.
1.2 No refunds are offered on non-floral products (i.e. aprons, books and vases).
1.3 If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
1. 4 If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and where possible, provide photos. We will work with you on a fair resolution at our discretion.
2.1 Personal Information
If you contact us or place an order, we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information you provide, such as a name or phone number. Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time. With your permission, we may send you marketing emails about our store, new products and other updates.

3. Delivery Conditions
3.1 Please ensure that your recipient is available at the delivery location and during the delivery time slot to receive your floral product order.
3.2 If at the time of delivery, your recipient is unable to receive your floral product order, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.
3.3 Our floral products are delicate in nature, therefore we will not leave floral products outside of a recipient’s home or place of business.
3.4 Non-floral products (i.e. aprons, books and vases) will be delivered to the recipient address with or without the recipient present.
3.5 Delivery fees are susceptible to surcharges during peak periods, such as Valentine’s and Mother’s Day.
3.6 We will only dispatch deliveries after payment is cleared.
3.7 We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
4. Currency & Payment Methods
4.1 All prices listed on our website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
4.2 All prices shown include GST but exclude delivery cost.
4.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.4 We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or local debit cards.
4.5 Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
5. Floral Product
5.1 Floral Product availability/seasonality: All our flowers are procured fresh from market and are seasonal in nature. Substitutions may be made from time to time where required and without prior notice.
5.2 Our products are made by hand and organic in nature. There may be small variations (such as blooms, colours & size) between the image presented on the website and the product received.
6. Subscription Policy
6.1 Our subscriptions come in quantities of 4, 8 or 12. Purchasing more entitles you to more savings per delivery. You may select the dates you would like them to be delivered on, and delivery fees are included.
6.2 Delivery dates are subject to availability and we don't deliver on Sundays.
6.3 No additional discounts are applicable to subscriptions as they are already a special packaged price.
7. Sustainable Practices
7.1 We hold a commitment to sustainability and to reduce our environmental impact whenever possible. We strive to use less floral foam and plastic packaging in our arrangements.
7.2 Our aim is to include at least 20% local and regionally sourced ingredients in all our arrangements in 2020. And to increase that to 75% by 2025. We also partner with volunteer organizations to repurpose our flowers after an event.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform or delay to perform, if that failure or delay is due to circumstances that is unforeseeable and beyond our reasonable control; these circumstances to include but not be limited to accidents, extreme weather, flood, fire, traffic congestion, riot, terrorism, strikes - including acts of God, natural disasters or any change in laws or regulations (“Force Majeure Event”).
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of which you are permitted access to on this site and/or our services when and where we see fit. The Terms and Conditions in force will be those as displayed on this site at the date and time your order is placed. We ask that you always read these terms and conditions before placing your order and we provide a link on the page of the product you have chosen to these Terms and Conditions.
