By proceeding with your order, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Humid House:

ORDERS

  • Orders are accepted on our website, in-person at our Floral Concierge counter in Straits Clan and over the phone.
  • We do not accept e-mail orders.
  • We also offer custom arrangements. Please call us for pricing and availability – we would be happy to work with you.
  • All prices (floral products, vases, delivery, etc) listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

FLORAL PRODUCTS

  • Availability: All our flowers are procured fresh from market and are seasonal in nature. Substitutions may be made from time to time where required and without prior notice.
  • Care: Flower food is provided with your order. Upon receipt, we recommend taking them out of our packaging as soon as possible and placing them in fresh water. To prolong the life of your flowers, we recommend you change the water and re-cut the stems every two to three days.

Delivery

Costs:

  • For floral products, we offer Singapore islandwide deliveries at a flat rate of $15 SGD.
  • For other products (aprons, vases, etc.) for which we offer local and international shipping, please refer to the specific product listing for flat shipping rates.

Dates & Times:

  • Orders for the following day must be placed by noon.We offer two delivery time slots: 12:00pm to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 6:00pm. If you have a specific request, we will do our best to accommodate with adequate notice.
  • For same day deliveries, please call us. Same day deliveries are subject to floral product availability.
  • We do not deliver on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Receipt or Re-Delivery:

  • To place your order, the recipient name and mobile number must be provided.
  • Please ensure your recipient is available at the delivery location and during the delivery time slot to receive your floral product order.
  • If at the time of delivery, your recipient is unable to receive your floral product order, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.
  • Our floral products are delicate in nature, therefore we will not leave floral products outside of a recipient’s home or place of business.
  • Non-floral products (i.e. aprons, books and vases) will be delivered to the recipient address with or without the recipient present.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If a cancellation is necessary, you must cancel your floral order 24 hours before it is set to go out for delivery. Please call us to cancel your order. We do not accept email or messaging app cancellations.
  • No refunds are offered on non-floral products (i.e. aprons, books and vases).
  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality or other reason, please contact us immediately and where possible, provide photos. We will work with you on a fair resolution at our discretion.

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of which you are permitted access to on this site and/or our services when and where we see fit. The Terms and Conditions in force will be those as displayed on this site at the date and time your order is placed. We ask that you always read these terms and conditions before placing your order and we provide a link on the page of the product you have chosen to these Terms and Conditions.
